PLD: If you are a Paladin Main Application you will be expected to have Aegis/or Excal and the gear to back it up.
Melee: If you are a Melee Main Applicant then we Expect for you to have top tier Gear Salvage/ Ground Abj./Or Relic and the gear to back up that relic. We have many competent and skilled DD in the shell So you will have to meet that tier.
Mage: For Main Bards We will only accept Relic Brds.

Having A relic / and top Tier Gear in any job will give you a better chance of being
accepted. Please don't waste our time.

Schedual: All Events Begin at 7-7:45PM EST. We Camp HNM around the clock. If a Window is open and you are online we expect you to attend. If found skipping camps you will be warned then removed if it occures again.

Sunday: Random Event (Sea(Outside Jailers)/VNM(T4)/ZNM(T3/4)/Abyssea(Bosses))
Monday: Dynamis
Tuesday: Einherjar / Optional Limbus (Done in Small inner Linkshell Groups)
Wednesday: Random Event
Thursday: Dynamis
Friday: Random Event (Possible Free Night)
Saturday: Einherjar / Optional Limbus

Other things like Lower Tier VNM's ZNM's Abyssea Are usually done in small groups. Asking in linkshell will usually get you a few people to help. We don't intend to take an alliance of people to do something that 3-4 people could accomplish.

Salvage is done in small groups within the shell. Show some incentive and make a group or join a current group.

Minimum requirements for applicants:

-You must have either one mage or one support-role job. (WHM, BLM, RDM, BRD, COR, SCH, DNC)
-You must have appropriate subjobs. (RDMs must have DRK/SCH sub, for example)
-You must have some endgame experience, we are not an entrance-level linkshell.
-You must have Northland Dynamis access.
-You must have access to all Lumoria zones. (Sea)
-You must have the ability to at least log into ventrilo. A microphone is not a requirement at this time as long as you find a way to communicate quickly and efficiently.
-You must be able to take criticism. We are not ashamed to say we are an elitist linkshell. Your gear and playstyle may be critiqued, if you take suggestions in stride and do your research to better your character your chances at remaining in Resonance increase exponentially.

Information regarding the application form:

-Please be thorough on your application. If it appears you were not thorough on your application your thread will be locked without you being considered for membership.
-Joking answers are not answers unless you follow-up with some actual information.
-Please be specific and organized when you list your merits. We want to know everything.
-Including ffxiah links/screenshots of your gearsets when applying makes it much easier for us to understand your playstyle, doing so will generally enhance your chances of being invited to join.

If you recieve a Resonance linkpearl:

-Firstly: Congratulations! Not many applicants make it this far; because we are so picky with our applications we have a very low rate of kicking trial members.
-You must drop all other non-Resonance pearls. Resonance becomes not only your end-game event shell, but also your social linkshell. You are expected to wear your Resonance linkpearl at all times.
-You immediately begin your minimum one week trial period. This period may be extended based on linkshell feedback. During this trial period you should make all the events possible. If you are online (not afk) and you choose to do something besides a linkshell event your pearl will be broken and your trial will end immediately. Within this week you must have a 50% lifetime. If you do not meet that your trail will end and you will be removed.
